This is my natural hair before applying the oil.
Hello loves and happy Monday!
I have been asked by many of you about my hair regimen, most of you know that I wear weaves most of the winter months and also wear braids.
My natural hair is very dry and can get unmanageable at time, since I have stop relaxing or using hot tools on it.
I love using natural products and most especially when I can even make them myself.
This post is about how I keep my hair hydrated, soft with a healthy beautiful sheen.
The magic product is something we all have at home and use everyday at least if you live in Greece.

After Applying the Oil
VIRGIN OLIVE OIL.
How I used it: Before every wash with shampoo, I brush my hair to de-tangle it.
I separate into for sections, apply the virgin olive oil and massage into my hair from length to the roots.
I work through them with my fingers for about five minute.
Wear a night cap/plastic cap and wait for about 30 minutes (you can wait only 10 mins when in hurry).
Rinse with lukewarm water and then start my regular washing. I will post about my washing and conditioning steps too soon.
Try to do this either before every wash, if you have very dry hair or the time, or else every week is quite okay too.

I always leave the Oil for 30 minutes, you can do 10 mins.
TIP: People always make the mistake of washing their hair with Hot water, if you are one of them please STOP, use only lukewarm water and cold water during the summer month. This prevent your hair from the aggressive heat that break and damage its follicle
I hope you all find this helpful and thank you all for reading.
Have a lovely and productive week.
PS: Thank you all for your get well wishes, I really appreciate it, I am still sick the running nose just won't stop.
I pray I will be better by the end of the day.
